Our project house is over 200 years old and has 17 rooms plus
a building with 5 rooms which we call
"the carriage house."
We work here 6-12 hours a week.
When we bought it, it was in rough condition.
Now it's much better after years of painting,
scraping, polishing and repairing.
It still has a long way to go, but we really
enjoy doing this work on a hobby basis
and look forward to living it in, when we retire.

5"x7" Greeting Card
A garden party in a magical setting calls for an amazing cake, with crushed candies, sprinkles, and icing sugar. A treat for the eyes in this fanciful garden background, and a candle that never goes out.
